Some remarks about hotel room booking:

1. Booking at the "hôtel Relais" (Louvain-la-Neuve)

Warning. There is no more rooms available. (6th July 2005)

2. Student room at the UCL (50 rooms available)

For students having subscribed to the GRETSI 2005 and having sent a copy of their student card to the GRETSI 2005 organizers (see the registration procedure), 50 student rooms are available from the "service des logements" of the "Université catholique de Louvain" (UCL) at 20 EURO per night *.

If you want to book such a room (this is a limited offer because of the limited number of rooms), send a mail through this interface (in French). Warning. There is no more rooms available.

* Warning: The initial price was 50 EURO per night. It was a mistake and the correct price is 20 EURO per night.
